1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fham English, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
2Platform Description
Fham English is an online English learning platform that connects students with qualified teachers. The platform provides live and recorded English learning sessions, exercises, assignments, progress tracking, direct communication between students and teachers, subscription-based class plans, and community features for learners.
3User Accounts
Students may register freely and browse available classes. Access to sessions and exercises requires an active subscription approved by the teacher and admin.
Teachers must apply and be approved by the platform administrator before they can create classes or accept students. Approval may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are set by individual teachers and displayed on their class pages. Payment is processed outside the platform (bank transfer, mobile payment, etc.) and confirmed by uploading a payment proof.
Access is granted only after admin verification of the payment proof. Subscriptions have a defined access period; once expired, access is automatically revoked unless renewed.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis between the student and teacher. Fham English does not guarantee refunds but will mediate disputes where possible.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, record or redistribute session content without explicit permission, harass or abuse other users, post spam or illegal content, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6Intellectual Property
All content created by teachers remains the intellectual property of the respective teacher. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access this content during their active subscription period only. Redistribution or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
7Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users. Upon termination, access to all content and sessions will be immediately revoked.
8Limitation of Liability
Fham English is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
